Bringing the slow art of Parisian brewing to Minnesota
We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 0 on a simple promise: that your morning coffee should be a moment of quiet celebration, not a rushed transaction. Inspired by the charming, slow-paced cafés of Paris, we set out to build a light-filled sanctuary right here in Prior Lake.
Every batch of our signature cold brew is steeped for exactly 18 hours using clean, filtered water and beans sourced from our favorite local Midwestern roasters. This patient process coaxes out a naturally sweet, velvet-smooth finish with zero bitterness.
